Unbreakable You

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Unbreakable You (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit unbreakable-you.com, contact us, book a service, make a purchase, or use our private administrative tools.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, which may include:

  • your name, email address, phone number, and message when you contact us or subscribe;
  • booking, appointment, order, delivery, and service-preference information;
  • information you voluntarily share in connection with coaching, events, or support requests; and
  • payment or transaction confirmation information needed to support an order. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by this website.

Our site and service providers may also collect routine technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, and activity recorded in security or server logs, to operate and protect the site.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide requested coaching, events, products, and support;
  • manage bookings, orders, payments, and delivery;
  • communicate about a request, purchase, or subscription;
  • maintain the security, reliability, and improvement of our services; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Google Calendar data

Google Calendar access is available only to authorized Unbreakable You administrators who choose to connect their own Google account. After the administrator grants consent, our private dashboard uses Google Calendar data solely to list the calendars available to that account, display scheduling events, and create, update, or delete events the administrator directs us to manage.

The application requests the Google Calendar event and calendar-list permissions required for those functions. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or other Google user data. Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except as needed to provide the calendar feature or as required by law. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest on our server, are never exposed to site visitors, and can be revoked by disconnecting the calendar in the private admin dashboard or through the connected Google account.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with trusted providers that help us operate the site and deliver services, such as hosting, scheduling, payment, storage, and communication providers. Those providers may use the information only to perform their services for us or as otherwise permitted by their own terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

Data retention and your choices

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. You may ask us to update, access, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and any records we must retain. Administrators can remove a Google Calendar connection at any time from the admin dashboard.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can address the request.

External services and links

Our site may link to or use services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
